THE BALKAN COMPONENT OF THE EUROPEAN SECURITY

The article considers the role of the Balkans in the system of all-European security. The author analyzes the policies of the subregional countries and their positions on the issues concerning the security in Europe, including the energy security, as well as relations with NATO, EU and Russia.
