Представлены результаты численного моделирования движения частиц плазмы в плазменном ЭЦР-инжекторе CERA-RI-2. Определены области доминирующих потерь частиц плазмы и интенсивность плазменных и ионных потоков.
Plasma parameters and plasma particles flows in the CERA-RI-2 injector are studied by 3D computer simulation using particle-in-cell method. The dominating areas of plasma particles losses and intensity of plasma and ion flows are determined. It is shown that the determining factors affecting the rate of flow of ions are the potential difference between the grid and the resonator housing and the density of the generated plasma. The obtained results allow deterministic approach to the development of a facility for the extraction of plasma.
