Автор делает ряд выводов об исключительной эффективности применения новейших информационно - коммуникационных технологий, связанной с упрощением многих процессов и доступности информации для столичных жителей.

Article is devoted to consideration of possibilities of application of modern information and communication technologies in the megacity. Analyzed various aspects of the use of Internet - technologies and their application in improving the management of different aspects of the city life. The author makes a number of conclusions about the exceptional efficiency of application of modern information and communication technologies associated with simplification of many processes and availability of information for the inhabitants of the capital.
