The BAcTeriAL fruiT BLoTch of cucurBiTs -Acidovorax сitrulli

The article provides a summary on a new pathogen Acidovorax сitrulli causing the bacterial fruit blotch of cucurbits. Data are provided on the pathogen, symptoms, affected plants, ways of its distribution, and requirements for preventing the spread of the pathogen and reducing the impact of the disease. The pathogen is included into the EPPO Alert List and recommended to be included into the Pest List of the Customs Union countries.
