Summary The Russian Federation imports by different estimates about 60% of the consumed food. Russia more and more becomes dependent on import. In this regard, studying of opportunities of increase in production of the food represents great state value. The innovatization or saturation of agriculture by innovations will allow to create steady innovative agriculture, improve food safety of the country, and improve welfare of the Russian society.
