It was established that under the action of hypoxia and hypercapnia medium partial pressure of CO2 in exhaled air is increased to the examinees 37,3-38,5 mm Hg and ventilation decreased to an average of 8.36 l/min, indicating that the maintenance of adequate gas exchange in the level of metabolic processes in the human body. Thus, the findings suggest that when using the simulator ("Samozdrav"), there was a strong tendency to increase the partial pressure of CO2 in exhaled air, while decreasing ventilation, leading to normalization of the arterial blood carbon dioxide - the most important regulator of blood flow and vasodilatation effect.
