Статья содержит анализ особенностей криминалистической характеристики расследования преступлений, совершаемых военнослужащими, что обусловлено необходимостью исследования предмета доказывания по уголовному делу, механизма преступного деяния, типичных отражаемых и отражающих объектов, взаимодействующих в процессе совершения преступления, с целью обеспечения конституционных прав и законных интересов лиц и организаций, потерпевших от преступления.

Criminalistic characteristics certain provisions on the investigation of crimes committed by the military personnel

The article provides an analysis of the characteristics of forensic investigation of crimes committed by military personnel. This is conditioned by the need to study the subject of proof in the criminal case, the mechanism of the criminal act, the typical reflected and reflecting objects that interact in the process of crime committing, in order to ensure the constitutional rights and legal interests of victims of crime both individuals and organizations.
