SECOND CYCLE OF THE BRICS

Cooperation in the BRICS is considered by Russia as one of the important, strategic directions of its foreign economic and political activity on the international arena. This article is devoted to history of creation and the BRICS conception, subject of its forums, a role of the economic diplomacy, civil community, and youth in the integration of the states.
