МЕСТО И РОЛЬ ГОСУДАРСТВА В РАЗВИТИИ СТРОИТЕЛЬНОЙ ИНДУСТРИИ НА СОВРЕМЕННОМ ЭТАПЕ

В статье рассматривается вопрос степени и меры государственного интервенционизма в промышленности строительных материалов. На современном этапе развития экономики среди теоретиков и практиков отрасли не оспаривается сам факт необходимости присутствия государства, дискуссии ведутся лишь при определении форм и методов государственного регулирования промышленности строительных материалов. О необходимости повышения уровня правоприменения свидетельствуют существующие в данном секторе промышленности барьеры в развитии конкурентных преимуществ производства базовых строительных материалов. Проведено исследование роли государства в контексте функционирования предприятий – производителей цементной промышленности как ключевой отрасли строительной индустрии с целью выявления степени необходимости государственного присутствия в данной сфере материального производства. Установлено, что государство является одним из комплексных факторов, воздействующих на эффективность функционирования предприятий строительной индустрии.

THE PLACE AND ROLE OF THE STATE IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY TODAY

The article considers the question of the degree and measure of state interventionism in the building materials industry. At the present stage of economic development among theorists and practitioners of the industry is not disputed the fact of the need for the presence of the state, discussions are only in the determination of the forms and methods of state regulation of the construction materials industry. The necessity of increasing the level of enforcement of the evidence existing in this sector of industry barriers to the development of competitive advantages in the production of basic building materials. The investigation of the role of the state in the context of functioning of the enterprises-manufacturers of cement industry as a key sector of the construction industry. The aim of this study is to identify the extent necessary, the state’s presence in the sphere of material production. It is established that the state is one of the complex factors affecting the efficiency of functioning of the enterprises of the construction industry.
