Исследовано содержание суммы производных оксикоричных кислот в пересчете на цикориевую кислоту в траве эхинацеи пурпурной свежей и ее структурных элементах: листьях, соцветиях и их зачатках, стеблях. Выявлено, что в максимальной степени изучаемые вещества накапливаются в листьях, а в минимальной - в стеблях.
The content of the sum of derivatives oxycinnamic acids based on chicory acid in the fresh grass of Echinacea purpurea and its structural elements: leaves, inflorescences and their rudiments, stems have studied.In 2009 year the foliar fertilization with solutions of urea, CoSO 4, H3BO 3, ferovit and siliplant have studied. It has revealed that the most of the studied substances accumulate in the leaves, and the minimum - in stems. Adding solutions of CoSO 4 and ferovit contributed to a sharp increase in the content of the sum of derivatives oxycinnamic acids in fresh grass and its structural elements. In 2010 year, in hot and dry conditions, fresh grass accumulated significantly less the sum of derivatives oxycinnamic acids than in 2009 year. With the increasing age of the plants, with which the fresh grass cut, the content of active substances in the raw materials significantly reduced. In both 2009 and 2010 years of research the same amount of juice from the leaves and inflorescences with the rudiments was extracted. The juice yield from the stalks were significantly lower. In 2010 year the yield of juice from fresh herb and its components significantly reduced.
