Представлены результаты исследований по сушке надземной части арники облиственной (Arnica foliosa Nutt.) для получения сырья «трава». Изучены технологические параметры надземной части растений и температурные режимы, влияющие на показатели качества сырья; выбраны оптимальные (40...50 °C).

Elaboration of the drying mode of Arnica foliosa ( Asteraceae) herb

Pharmacopoeian article on a new kind of medicinal plants - Arnicae foliosae herba is developed. Research of artificial dry ingredients was held in the All-Russian Research Institute of Medicinal and Aromatic Plants to develop «Rules drying leafy Arnicae foliosae herba ». Technological parameters of raw materials during three years of research were studied. Drying time and different temperatures modes, total content of phenolic compounds in the raw material according to the different temperature regimes were analyzed. Other quality indicators of Arnicae foliosae herba were investigated. Optimum temperature mode of artificial drying was determined: 40-50 °C.
