Изменение уровня экономической безопасности Соединенных Штатов Америки в рамках экономической кооперации государств - участников Транстихоокеанского партнерства

Тема. Обеспечение экономической безопасности государства осуществляется в форме экономической кооперации. В статье рассматриваются перспективы изменения уровня экономической безопасности США при их участии в Транстихоокеанском партнерстве (ТТП). Делается вывод, что ТТП, будучи многосторонним соглашением, является отражением процесса регионализации в Азиатско-Тихоокеанском регионе и может обеспечить устойчивое развитие национальной экономики США и других государств - участников Соглашения о Транстихоокеанском Стратегическом Экономическом Сотрудничестве. Цели. Провести сравнительную оценку уровня экономической безопасности США и государств -участников Транстихоокеанского партнерства, реализованного в рамках экономической кооперации. Методология. В настоящей работе рассмотрены показатели экономической безопасности США, отражающие их экономическую кооперацию: объем экспорта товаров в страны - участницы ТТП, Китай, Россию, Индию и ЕС (28), а также объем импорта товаров в США из этих стран. С помощью статистических и эконометрических методов оценены перспективы изменения уровня экономической безопасности США, реализованного в рамках экономической кооперации. Результаты. Предложен подход к сравнительной оценке изменения уровня экономической безопасности США и государств - участников ТТП, реализованного в рамках их экономической кооперации. Предложенный подход к сравнительной оценке изменения уровня экономической безопасности США и других государств - участников ТТП позволяет выявить приоритеты экономической политики в современных условиях. Выводы. Уровень экономической безопасности США может быть представлен в виде сомножителей, характеризующих защищенность их национального хозяйства, реализованную в рамках экономической кооперации. Сделан вывод о том, что Соглашение о Транстихоокеанском Стратегическом Экономическом Сотрудничестве должно установить новые регламенты мировой торговли, установить новые стандарты, учитывая новые тенденции мирового развития, обеспечив прирост уровня экономической безопасности государств - участников ТТП.

Changing the level of economic security of the United States of America in the economic cooperation of states - members Trans-Pacific Partnership

Subject. Ensuring economic security of the state is carried out in the form of economic cooperation. This article discusses the prospects for change in US economic security with their participation in the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TTP). The conclusion is that the TTP, as a multilateral agreement is a reflection of the process of regionalization in the Asia-Pacific region and can ensure the sustainable development of the national economy of the United States and other countries - parties to the Agreement on the Trans-Pacific Strategic Economic Cooperation. Objectives. Carry out a comparative assessment of the level of economic security of the United States and the states - participants of Trans-Pacific Partnership, implemented within the framework of economic cooperation. Methodology. In this paper the performance of the US economic security, reflecting their economic cooperation: the volume of exports to the countries - participants of the TTP, China, Russia, India and the EU (28), as well as the volume of imports of goods to the US from these countries. With the help of statistical and econometric methods evaluated the prospects for change in US economic security, implemented within the framework of economic cooperation. Results. An approach to comparative assessment of changes in US economic security and the states - participants of the TTP, implemented in the framework of their economic cooperation. The proposed approach to the comparative evaluation of the economic changes in the US security and other states - participants of TTP reveals the priorities of economic policy in modern conditions. Conclusions. The level of economic security of the United States can be represented as the factors that characterize the security of their national economy, implemented in the framework of economic cooperation. It is concluded that the Agreement on the Trans-Pacific Strategic Economic cooperation should establish a new world trade regulations, to set new standards, taking into account new trends in world development, ensuring the economic growth of the level of security of states - participants of the TTP.
