Особенности диагностики адренокортикального рака

Проведён анализ эффективности различных методов диагностики у 119 больных с морфологически подтверждённым адренокортикальным раком. Установлено, что только полноценное обследование позволяет получить точные данные о размерах и структуре опухоли, её соотношении с окружающими органами и сосудами, наличии региональных лимфоузлов и отдалённых метастазов, что является крайне необходимым для выбора лечебной тактики

Features of adrenocortical carcinoma diagnostics

The article analyses effectiveness of examination methods in 119 patients with morphologically verified adrenal tumors. Based on the trial results, algorithm of examination was developed and appropriate recommendations were given. It was established, that only a complete examination, which consists of imaging sets (CT, MRI, ultrasound, angiography) allows obtaining accurate informa- tion on the size and structure of the tumor, its relation to sur- rounding organs and vessels, the presence of regional lymph nodes and distant metastases, which is essential for choosing surgical approach
