Особенности и динамика развития нефтедобычи в России в условиях санкционных ограничений Запада

В научной работе рассматривается нефтяной комплекс России и его роль в построении энергоэффективной и энергонезависимой экономики страны. Целью данной работы является анализ сложившейся ситуации во всех структурах нефтяной промышленности РФ. Оценена работа государства в сфере поддержки инновационных технологий, обновление законодательной базы и налоговой политики и выявлены основные пути развития нефтяной отрасли. Составлен прогноз развития нефтяной отрасли России с учётом санкционных ограничений, турбулентности цен на топливные ресурсы и проводимую в России политику стратегического импортозамещения. Научной базой публикации служат статьи отечественных и зарубежных источников.

Features and dynamics of development Russian oil production in conditions of sanctions and restrictions of the West

The scientific work considers the Russian oil complex and its role in building an energy-efficient and non-volatile economy of the country. The aim of this work is to analyze the current situation in all structures of the Russian oil industry. The work of the state in the sphere of support of innovative technologies, updating of the legislative base and tax policy was assessed and the main ways of development of the oil industry were identified. A forecast is made for the development of the Russian oil industry, taking into account the sanctions restrictions, the turbulence of prices for fuel resources and the strategic import substitution policy pursued in Russia. The scientific base of the publication is the articles of domestic and foreign sources.
