Procedure for the commercial disputes proceedings at the London Court of International Arbitration India.

In the article of the Doctor of Law, senior lecturer of the Department of civil and labour law of Peoples׳ Friendship University of Russia E.P. Rusakova (e-mail: katerusakova@rambler.ru) the Arbitration Rules of the London Court of International Arbitration India (LCIA India) are analyzed. The author researches sources of legal regulation of foundation and activity of LCIA India, the order of arbitration procedure, the arbitration agreement and the LCIA India Arbitration Rules.
