The regional experience of realization of innovative approaches to the organization of social service to the elderly

This article describes the innovative technologies of management in the social sphere. It shows in Russia that a steady increase in the number of people of retirement age, which poses new management, challenges: to create a new technology to work with elderly people, promote the involvement of pensioners in the "active" old age. As a positive example of innovative technologies shows regional experience of the Krasnoyarsk Region.
