Изучены особенности кислотно-основного состояния крови собак в ранний период травматической болезни
The article presents materials concerning functional manifestations of traumatic disease in spontaneously injured dogs based on the pathogenetic features of the acid6base equilibrium dynamics. The research has shown, that in the first day after the injury changes in the acid6base status of the blood would be typical for compensated respiratory alkalosis not depending on the degree of circulating blood volume violation. Following decrease in BCC down to 20% and more during 24 hours after the injury blood acid6base status shifts in the direction of the meta6 bolic acidosis due to violations of the аcido6 and аmmoniogenesis processes in the kidney tubules and the delay of the oxidized metabolites in the blood.
