Desizionizm and the expert-analytical support of the president: sociological and normative aspects

The article addresses the issue of the expert-analytical support of the president on the example of the political power structure in the U.S. Particular attention is paid to the issue of presidential desizionizm. The author also considers the organization of the Office of the President in different historical periods as an example of different U.S. presidents.
