Хроноструктура сезонной динамики элементного обмена у здоровых женщин.

Приведены результаты изучения хроноструктуры сезонной динамики концентрации макро- и микроэлементов в плазме крови здоровых женщин на протяжении менструального цикла.

Chronostructure of Seasonal Changes of the Element Exchange in the Healthy Women.

The article is devoted to study the chronostructure of seasonal changes of concentration macro- and microelements in blood plasma in the healthy women during the menstrual cycle. 195 practically healthy women aged 20-30 years during menstrual cycle and seasons of year is surveyed. The contents macro- and microelements (K, Na, Ca, Mg, P, Cr, Cu, Fe, Mn, Zn, Se) in blood plasma carried out by the atomic absorption spectrometry (ААS-1, Germany). Is established, that in the maximal meanings of concentration in blood plasma Na, Se and Zn were observed in the winter, Cr - spring, K, Ca, Mg, Р and Cu - summer, Fe and Mn - autumn, irrespective of the phases of menstrual cycle. Thus, the annual meaning of the concentration Ca, Na, Р, Fe, Cu, Zn and Mn significant higher (р < 0,05) in the mid-follicular phase, К, Mg, Se and Cr - in the mid-luteal are revealed. The amplitude of the seasonal rhythm of ratio Ca/Mg are surveyed in the mid-luteal phase significant higher (р < 0,05), than in the mid-follicular, that testifies to stability of monthly fluctuations of an exchange Ca and Mg, which grow in second half menstrual cycle. Thus, the received data testify to wavy adaptive changes of an element exchange during menstrual cycle. Thus the statistical significant seasonal changes parameters of the element exchange in the healthy women are revealed.
