The study presents data obtained from oral medical surveys of RFPU students from Africa and Russia. After the medical examination 2 groups were pointed out: one of them had people with signs of inflammation and the other had students who were almost healthy. Periodontal inflammation in the groups was identified in 70-80% of cases. 20, 8% of students from Africa and 30% - from Russia did not have any signs of periodontal lesions. It was marked that students from Africa had a high level of plaque prevalence and students from Russia had a medium level of it. It was also noted that African students`1.4 sextants had a calculus that is a borderline between low and middle levels of calculus. Russian students were noted to have their 1.6 sextants bleeding; it shows high bleeding gum intensity. Comparison of LC-histograms showed that in groups of students from Africa the spectrum moved to larger sized particles (more than 400nm). The detection of particles with size of over 400 nm, and as a result the reduction of particle contribution sized 50-67 nm in the oro-pharyngeal swabs of those students who have the first stage of inflammation meets our previous data about similar changes of these particles contribution percentage of those people who have generalized periodontitis. And when comparing LC-histograms of students from Russia no critical differences were found.
