Роль человеческого фактора в развитии экономики регионов

Статья посвящена проблеме управления экономическим потенциалом российских регионов за счет развития человеческих ресурсов. Автором показано, что анализ взаимосвязи указанных показателей позволяет оценить, по какому сценарию осуществляется экономическое развитие отдельных регионов. В работе приведены расчетные параметры взаимосвязи между уровнем развития человеческих ресурсов в регионах и их экономическим развитием.

The role of human factor in economic development

The article deals with the problem of managing the economic potential of the Russian regions by means of development of human resources. The author shows that analysis of the interrelation of the mentioned indicators makes it possible to assess, by what scenario the economic development of separate regions goes. The article provides calculating parameters of the interrelation between the levels of human resources development in regions and the economic development there.
