В статье обсуждается динамика лимфоцитов в лимфатическом узле в период индуцированного репаративного остеогенеза у лабораторных животных.
The work presents dynamics of lymphocytes in a lymph node during the period of inducted reparative osteogenesis in laboratory animals. During the period of the greatest destructive changes contents of lymphoid and plasmatic cells decreases, with their subsequent recovery over the period of 7...14 days. Along with these, rosette-forming capacity of lymphoid cells in a lymph node decreases and they exit into peripheral blood, which indicates that lymphoid cells take part in formation of bone regenerate through enhancement of cells cooperation, thus providing immunologic component in reparative regeneration of bone tissue.
