Methods of assessment of the structured changes of animal the knee joint

The abnormalities of the functions of the knee joint, the frequency of the origin of the given pathology and absence of the reliable methods of medical tacticians, require searching for new approach to development of the methods of correction which are based on the morphological scrutiny of the processes of reparations in dynamics. The work devotes to the study of the morphological changes in the knee joint and separate structural components that react on the pathological process. Explorations of the articular cartilage and synovial membranes with the aim of establishing the dynamics of the pathological process, phases of its development and involution, prognosis and the setting of a defined form of therapy and control of its efficaciousness were led. On the basis of the leading investigations, a method of assessment of the structural and functional changes of the joint was offered, which gives a total presentation about the activity of the pathological process.
