The Estimation of Effectivity of Contemporary Laboratory Diagnostic Methods under Urino-Stone Disease

In the article the date on study of processes of chromatomass- spectrometry and agregatometry induced by especially pure chemical preparations in urine of 123 patients in age 15-81 years with nephrithic colic hospitalized into urological brunch of DCH № 7 t. Moscow and Clinical Hospinal of t. Zhukovsky of Moscow province in 2003-2007 were given. The level of lythogenic substances, basic types of agregatogramms in patients with nephrolythiasis was determined. The possibility of the use of parameters of agregation as diagnostics criterion of initiation of USD and working out the methods of prophilaxy of stone-formation in patients with nephrithic colic was showed.
