This current work analyses the results of extraperitoneoscopic treatments (ET) among patients with varicocele. There was conducted a comparative analysis of several treatment indexes between laparoscopic treatments (LT). The implementation methods of ET are fully described. In the first 24 hours after LT 18% of patients had a moderate pain and 2% had intensive one. After ET, moderate pain was mentioned only in 4% of patients and none of them had intensive pain. In the first 24 hours after LT the intensity of pain was 2,4±0,16 points, in the post ET group - 1,2±0,12 points. The difference between post LT and post ET group of patients was statistically reliable (p< 0,05). After ET the majority didn't experience any pain. In the first day after LT the physical activity (in points) among patients was 2,6±0,16, after ET 1,2+0,10. The difference between post LT and post ET group of patients was statistically reliable (p< 0,05). Thus, the results have shown that the quality of life among patients with varicocele after extraperitoneoscopic treatments was better than after laparoscopic treatments.
