Приведены результаты изучения сезонной динамики параметров церебральной гемодинамики.
The article is devoted to study seasonal changes of the parameters cerebral hemodynamics in the healthy man. The survey was carried out with 420 practically of the healthy men aged 31 to 60 years, which were divided into three age groups. The first group was made 135 young practically of healthy men aged 31 to 40 years, second - 151 men aged 41 to 50 years and third - 134 men aged 51 to 60 years. The researches in the autumn (September - October), winter (December - January), spring (March - April) and summer (June - July) were spent. The research cerebral hemodynamics was carried out with the transcranial dopplerography (TC-2020 "Pioneer", USA). The middle cerebral artery (MCA), anterior cerebral artery (АСА), posterior cerebral artery (PCA) of both hemispheres of the brain, basic artery (BA), vertebral artery (VA) from both parties are surveyed. The healthy men both at the left and on the right maximal meanings the linear speeds of circulation MCA, АСА, PCA and BA were observed in the winter, and VA - spring. The comparative analysis of the average annual parameters of cerebral hemodynamics has shown, that in group of the young men the levels linear speeds of circulation practically in all brain artery were higher (p<0,05-0,001), than in groups of average and elderly age, behind exception the linear speeds of circulation in АСА, which levels had no authentic differences. The given data testify, that the level cerebral hemodynamics is essentially connected to age features organism. In process of aging the man the intensity circulation is reduced and arise intrasystems correlation connections, which, are more probable than everything, are directed on maintenance of reserves hemodynamic of maintenance of the brain fabric in elderly age.
