In the article an analysis of clinical observations and outcome of cataract and glaucoma surgery in 95 patients with coexisting cataract and glaucoma is presented. One stage surgery for cataract and glaucoma was performed in 42 cases, two-stage surgeries - in 53 cases. Analysis showed that long term results of one stage and two stage surgeries in coexisting pathology were identical. However, in two stage surgeries approach, patient's rehabilitation period was long and surgeons faced technical difficulties during phacoemulsification because of rigid pupils and posteriors synechias, which were as a results of previous glaucoma surgery. In one stage surgery approach rehabilitation period of patients is short, hospital stay is reduced and there is no psychological stress in patients related to two time surgeries.
