Labour migration of the Russian youth

He article deals with trends in the labour migration of the Russian youth in 1990's-2000's. It is based on the findings of a sociological survey of Russian students, who worked for some time abroad. The authors examine migration intentions of the Russian youth and propose some measures for improvement of the migration policy in Russia.
