Adaptive Seismic Protection of a Building with the Frame Ground Storey

To increase earthquake resistance of the building with the ground frame storey it is proposed to use unit modular elements to be assembled as principal frame components, elastoplastic spacer plates as seismic isolation elements, fastening blocks and elastoplastic shutoff braces for cascade and adjustable adaptation of the building to dynamic effects of various intensities.
