Features of kidneys structure in critical hypovolemia conditions at a spontaneous multiple trauma.

Pathogenesis of traumatic disease are present in this paper. Dependence of kidney morphological changes on degree of kidney filtration function disorders in acute period of traumatic disease are presented. 30-35 % hypovolemia followed by kidney filtration function disorders causes cells metabolism changes leading to increase of anaerobic processes, inflammation infiltration and increasing of collagen deposits
