Территориальное устройство России по проекту Юридического совещания

В статье раскрываются особенности территориального устройства России по проекту Юридического совещания - специального органа, созданного Временным правительством, на который была возложена разработка проектов наиболее важных законодательных актов, в том числе и по вопросам государственно-территориального устройства страны. Автор приходит к выводу, что сопоставление созданного Особой комиссией Юридического совещания проекта «Статей Основных законов по вопросу об автономии (федерации)» с реальными процессами в эволюции формы государственного устройства России, начавшимися в середине июня 1917г., позволяет констатировать, что он не отвечал фактическим условиям распада государства накануне октябрьских событий.

Territorial Structure of Russia According to the Project of the Juridical Meeting

The presented article reveals peculiarities of a territorial structure of Russia according to the Project of the Juridical meeting - a special organ set up by the Preliminary Government and charged with working out of the most important bills, including those concerning the stale territory structure. The author comes to the conclusion that the correlation of the Project "The Articles of the Basic Laws on the Issue of Autonomy (Federation)", elaborated by the Special commission of the Juridical meeting, with the real process of evolution of the form of Russia's slate structure, which began in the middle of June 1917, leads to affirmation that it did not meet the actual conditions of a disintegration that the state had undergone at the eve of the October events.
