The concept of the document in the Criminal Procedure Law

The urgency of the given scientific research consists in absence of the due legislation and methods of collecting of proofs. The purpose of scientific research consists in the analysis of the criminal law and instructions on its defects. In work problems are solved: - the characteristic of concept of documents and subjects in the criminal procedure is given. - subjects authorized to collect documents and subjects.
