Национально-культурный компонент когнитивной деятельности этноса и проблемы перевода

В статье исследуются особенности национальной языковой и концептуальной картин мира. Концептуальная картина мира понимается как вторичная структура, материально реализованная в языковой картине мира. Языки по-разному членят действительность при наложении конкретной языковой схемы на внелингвистический опыт, что находит отражение на всех уровнях языка как системы. Переводческая деятельность предполагает овладение приемами иноязычной интерпретации мира, т. е. языковой и концептуальной картиной мира иноязычного этноса.

National and Cultural Component of Cognitive Activities of an Etnos and Translation Issues

The article studies particularities of the national language and conceptual picture of the world. The conceptual picture world is viewed as a secondary structure, materialized in the language picture of the world. Languages break up reality in a different way with a concrete language pattern in the extra-linguistic experience, which is reflected on all the levels of the language as a system. Translation presupposes commanding the skills of foreign-language interpretation of the world, i.e. language and conceptual pictures of the world of a foreign-language etnos.
