In the article the main parts of educational methodological complex "Innovative management of subsoil use" creation, which was developed at the department of Oil-fi eld geology, mining, oil and gas engineering of Russian university of International Friendship in the frame of Innovative educational program "Creation of innovative educational programs and forming of innovative educational environment, allowing to realize effi ciently the state interests of Russian Federation throw the system of educational service export".
