The agricultural problems are always actual for Russia. As everybody knows, the agricultural sector was nearly ruined in the first half of 90s, the traditional relations between rural producers and maintenance crew were vitally weakened. The clash of interests became deeper, the disparity of costs was increased and the equivalence of exchange - distributive relations was infringed. At the same time the necessity of technical resources and maintenance crew services for rural producers was strongly increasing.
