EXCLUSIVE AUTHOR'S AND ADJACENT RIGHTS AND THEIR RESTRICTIONS

Present clause is devoted to changes in the Russian legislation in the field of intellectual property in connection with acceptance of 4 parts of the Civil code of the Russian Federation and its introduction into action since January, 01st, 2008. 4 part of the Civil code of the Russian Federation is devoted to legal regulation of civil attitudes in connection with creation of objects of intellectual property, their registration and further use both legal owners and their successors, and users of an intellectual product. In clause categories of the rights of subjects of the author's and adjacent right, validities of these rights, variants of the conclusion of contracts about the right by the owner, and also restrictions of the rights of the last by authorized free use by other persons of products of the author's and adjacent rights are considered.
