The morphology and morphometry of skin (65 laboratory rats) was examined under conditions of the microinjections of nicotinic acid and Cutis compositum. The described changes reflect more active persistent alterative and exudative inflammatory reactions during nicotinic acid exposure in comparison with antihomotoxical Cutis compositum microinjections. Early reparation and fibroplastic process proper to architectonics of normal dermal layers were stated at the end of experiment in animals subjected with injections of Cutis Compositum.
