The purpose of this review article is to show the diversity of contemporary methods of assessment of ocular hemodynamics, which frequently occur in Russian and foreign publications of the last years. Since hemodynamic fheorie represents one of the main pathogenetic theories of the development of glaucoma nowadays, the estimation of ocular hemodynamics seems to be very important for timely diagnostics of the disease. The second part of the review is dedicated to invasive experimental and clinical methods of ocular blood flow assessment.
