Исследовали созревание и оплодотворение in vitro ооцитов коров при действии эстральной сыворотки и гонадотропных гормонов, а также развитие зародышей после экстракорпорального оплодотворения. Оценивали возможность использования гепарина, различных сред для капацитации, время соинкубирования с ооцитами для повышения оплодотворяющей способности и выживаемости спермиев в культуральных средах.
The authors investigated the maturing and fertilization in vitro of oocytes under the influence of different serums and gonadotropic hormone, and also the embryos development after extracorporal fertilization. The high efficiency of estrous serum was revealed as compared with fetal and the minimum of its concentration was determined as 5 % with addition of 20 mkg/ml of follicle-stimulating hormone. During cultivation of oocytes in vitro it is essential to take into account the year's season. For increase of sperm capacity and survival the authors proposed the heparin addition of 50 mkg/ml to cultural media. It was shown, that blocking of cell division in embryos on the stage of 8-16 blastomeres may be overcome with the use of monolayer of granulose cells.
