ТАКТИКА КОМПЛЕКСНОЙ ПРОФИЛАКТИКИ И ЛЕЧЕНИЯ ГНОЙНО-СЕПТИЧЕСКИХ ОСЛОЖНЕНИЙ В КЛИНИЧЕСКОЙ ТРАВМАТОЛОГИИ

Представлены результаты лечения и профилактики гнойно-септических осложнений у 21 больного с закрытыми и открытыми переломами опорно-двигательного аппарата и 21 больного с последствиями травм и посттравматическими гнойными осложнениями. Сочетанная и множественная травма имела место у 13 больных. Тактика лечения предусматривала комплексное использование хирургических и консервативных методов фиксации отломков, антибактериальной терапии, дезинтоксикации эфферентными методами и иммунокоррекции.

Tactics for Complex Prevention and Treatment of Purulent-Septic Complications in Clinical Traumatology

The results of prevention and treatment of purulent and septic complications are presented. There were 21 patients with closed and open fractures and 21 patients with post-traumatic purulent complications and trauma sequelae. Thirteen patients had multiple and concomitant injuries. Treatment included the combination of surgical and conservative methods of fracture stabilization, antibiotic therapy as well as detoxication by efferent methods and immunocorrection.
