РАДИОХИРУРГИЧЕСКИЙ МЕТОД В ЛЕЧЕНИИ БОЛЬНЫХ ОПУХОЛЯМИ ГОРТАНИ

Радиохирургический метод лечения при опухолеподобных образованиях, доброкачественных опухолях ЛОР-орга-нов и некоторых других заболеваниях применяют во многих ЛОР-клиниках России. Однако возможности этого метода при злокачественных новообразованиях изучены мало. Сургитрон применен авторами вначале лишь на отдельных эта­пах резекций гортани по поводу рака. Затем с помощью радиоволнового скальпеля стали производить хордэктомии с использованием наружного доступа (тиреотомия с трахеотомией). Заслуживает внимания методика разреза, а затем ушивания конической связки, сопоставления пластинок щитовидного хряща и герметизации просвета гортани с целью предупреждения эмфиземы шеи и нагноения раны. Сургитрон использован при лечении 43 больных злокачественными опухолями гортани. Указаны преимущества метода.

Radio­surgery in the treatment of patients with tumors of the lar­ynx

The radiosurgery treatment method as applicable to tumor-like neoplasms, benign ENT tumors and to some other diseases has been used in many ENT clinics of Russia. However, the potentialities of the method in malignant neoplasms have been little studied. Surgithrone was used by the authors only at isolated stages of larynx resection for cancer. After that, a radio-wave scalpel was used to make chordotomy through the external approach, i.e. thyreotomy plus tracheoto­my. The resection method, sewing of the conoid ligament, approximation of the thyroid cartilage plates and sealing of the larynx lumen made to prevent emphysema of the neck and wound abscess are in the focus of attention. Surgithrone was used in the treatment of 43 patients with malignant tumors of the larynx; the advantages of the latter method are defined.
