В статье анализируются проблемы китайского рынка ценных бумаг, включая недостаточную институциональность в порядке регулирования, несовершенство правовой системы, все еще слабую конкурентоспособность в мире. Автором предложены меры по преодолению проблем в борьбе за интернационализацию китайского фондового рынка, в том числе усовершенствование правовой системы и формирование благоприятной бизнес-среды.

Chinese Securities Market: Ways of Internationalization

Along with coverage of developments in the securities market occurred during the years of reform and opening up, the article examines a number of issues, including the lack of institutionality in the regulatory system, shortcomings in the legal system in the area of national securities, their weak competitiveness in the world. The author suggests a number of measures to overcome difficulties in the process of internationalization of the Chinese stock market, including the improvement of the legal system and the formation of an environment conducive to progress in this area.
