Tissue basophiles of mammary gland in women with breast cancer before and after treatment

By the means of light and electronic microscopy, morphometric and functional characteristics of tissue baso-philes poppulation (ТВ) and their representation in a healthy mammary gland (MG), in women with breast cancer (BC) and after BC therapy. 26 surgically removed MG tumours were studied. Conducted investigation demonstrates active role of ТВ system both in BC and in BC after therapy. Decompensated condition of ТВ poppulation and surranding cells in BC after therapy is hyihly conditioned, besides the rate of process neglecting by the consequences of chemotherapy and pospradial changes in tissues.
