Методами металлографического, рентгенографического и микрорентгеноспектрального анализа исследовано поведение переходной зоны биметаллического материала аустенитная хромо-марганцевая сталь ЭП-838 - алюминий в зависимости от температуры нагрева и времени выдержки.
The study was designed to establish the appearance of intermetallic phases as function on of temperature and time. The results of a metallography analysis, x - ray diffraction study show that intermetallic phases Fe2Al5 and FeAh put in an appearance at the temperature 500 "C and above. Micro x -ray spectral analysis have been revealed Cr, Ni, Mn content in transitional zone too. It is concluded that formula have look as (Fe Cr Mn Ni)2 АЬ and (Fe Cr Mn Ni) Ah. Activation energy and coefficient that proportional to diffusion coefficient has been calculated in the temperature range from 500 to 600 ''C. Experimental results were found to be in good agreement with the calculations.
