THE CONSENTANEOUS ASPECTS OF THE RUSSIAN MODERN FEDERALISM

The article analysis the consentaneous aspects of the Russian modem federalism's formation and development. The author emphasizez the importance of deciding political conflicts between different structures of the federal, regional and local powers in Russia through consentaneous ways. The author consider the consentaneous institute to be of the important conditions for the unity of the federative state.
