EUROPE IN THE DEVELOPING WORLD: BETWEEN NATIONALISM AND GLOBALISATION.

International conference "Europe in the developing world:between nationalism and globalisation", that took place in July 2002 at Weells University, was devoted to the problems worrying European commonwealth nowadays of retaining national features of the countries in the process of the uniting Europe. Certain contradictions have become prime due to globalisation such as those concerning the process of democtratisation of Europe;differences in legal bases of the countries, determined by the specifics of state apparatus;impossibility to give the exact definition to the notion "culture", that makes it difficult to prepare all- european legal documents concerning migration, and many others.
