About the strategy of long-term social and economic development of Russia

In this article refusal of the concepts of "overtaking development" and the necessity of the strategy of long-term social and economic development in Russia are given. The main aim of this strategy is person's all-round development but foundation of the market economy is considered as the tactic task and effective means of the person's welfare development.
