ЦИФРОВИЗАЦИЯ СТРОИТЕЛЬСТВА В РОССИИ И ЕЕ ОСНОВНЫЕ НАПРАВЛЕНИЯ И ПРОТИВОРЕЧИЯ

В статье обоснована важность цифровизации строительной отрасли в Российской Федерации сегодня и в перспективе. Есть ряд направлений цифровизации отрасли, включая применение технологий «умный дом». Однако автор обосновывает точку зрения, что отсутствие национальных подходов и систем сертификации технологий и материалов в строительной отрасли, с одной стороны, и сохраняющаяся импортная зависимость России от стран Запада в этой сфере, с другой стороны, затрудняют процессы цифровизации строительной отрасли в России.

The article substantiates the importance of digitalization of the construction industry in the Russian Federation today and in the future. There are a number of areas for digitalization of the industry, including the use of smart home technologies. However, the author substantiates the point of view that the lack of national approaches and systems for certi cation of technologies and materials in the construction industry, on the one hand, and Russia's continued import dependence on Western countries in this area complicates the digitalization processes of the construction industry in Russia.
