ПРОБЛЕМЫ ПОДДЕРЖАНИЯ МЕНТАЛЬНОГО ЗДОРОВЬЯ СОТРУДНИКОВ В СОВРЕМЕННЫХ КОМПАНИЯХ В УСЛОВИЯХ ЦИФРОВИЗАЦИИ

В статье рассмотрены проблемы ментального здоровья сотрудников компаний в условиях цифровизации. В условиях нехватки рабочей силы и удержания кадров особенно остро встает проблема поддержания ментального здоровья сотрудников. Осознавая важность данной проблемы, предложены мероприятия для поддержания самочувствия людей в компаниях в условиях цифровизации.

The article examines the problems of mental health of company employees in the context of digitalization. In conditions of labor shortages and staff retention, the problem of maintaining the mental health of employees is especially acute. Realizing the importance of this problem, measures have been proposed to maintain the well-being of people in companies in the context of digitalization.
