СОВРЕМЕННОЕ СОСТОЯНИЕ ПРОБЛЕМЫ КОМОРБИДНОСТИ У ПАЦИЕНТОВ С НАРУШЕНИЯМИ ФУНКЦИЙ ЩИТОВИДНОЙ ЖЕЛЕЗЫ

В представленной статье обсуждаются вопросы первичной диагностики и лечения коморбидных заболеваний у пациентов с недостаточностью щитовидной железы или гипертиреозом, влияния коморбидности на развитие и течение заболеваний щитовидной железы. Помимо анализа публикаций в современной отечественной и зарубежной литературе представлены данные авторского исследования по структуре и уровню коморбидности у обследованных пациентов с аутоиммунным тиреоидитом. Изучена структура коморбидной патологии у пациентов с аутоиммунным тиреоидитом, оценке уровня коморбидности и связи этого показателя с особенностями течения заболевания. В исследовании использованы материалы обследования 110 пациентов с АИТ в возрасте 40-65 лет. Проведена оценка показателя коморбидности по шкале CIRS. Сделан вывод, что в структуре коморбидной патологии у пациентов с АИТ преобладали сердечно-сосудистые заболевания.

The article discusses the issues of primary diagnosis and treatment of comorbid diseases in patients with thyroid insufficiency or hyperthyroidism, the effect of comorbidity on the development and course of thyroid diseases. In addition to the analysis of publications in modern domestic and foreign literature, the data of the author's study on the structure and level of comorbidity in examined patients with autoimmune thyroiditis are presented. The structure of comorbid pathology in patients with autoimmune thyroiditis was studied, the assessment of the level of comorbidity and the relationship of this indicator with the peculiarities of the course of the disease. The study used materials from the examination of 110 patients with AIT aged 40-65 years. An assessment of the comorbidity index on the CARS scale was carried out. It was concluded that cardiovascular diseases prevailed in the structure of comorbid pathology in patients with AIT.
